Rosie Assoulin Fall 2015 RTW
Big volumes and monochromatic pieces
In the case of Rosie Assoulin, each piece comes carrying the inspiration within. Remember the fall lineup: the red and navy hand-crotched sweaters were inspired the children’s show she watches on PBS with her four year old son or the evening gown in black and white inspired by the works of Carlo Scarpa. For Fall 2015, the designer chose to create monochromatic and sculptural silhouettes that carried the perfect dose of retro within. The pieces were all adapted to casual daywear ranging from a wool jumpsuit to silk and velvet pants. Complimented with the oversized floral earrings designed by her mother-in-law, the Rosie Assoulin dressed woman are definitely having fun – and we want them in our clique in the upcoming season.
