Plaza Athénée’s Menu by Dior
‘Haute Cuisine’
As the Haute Couture Fashion Week approaches, Plaza Athénée, the legendary Avenue Montaigne Hotel that was the personal favorite of Christian Dior, has created a menu inspired by the designer’s favorite recipe book, La Cuisine Cousu-main. Under the supervision of Alain Ducasse, Chef Philippe Marc will prepare Monsieur Dior’s favorite dishes during Haute Couture Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2016-2017, which will take place between January 24 and 28.
