Proenza Schouler Fall/Winter 2016
The designer duo behind the art of Proenza Schouler, Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, has showed their Fall/Winter 2016 collection that looked like a continuous version of the two previous collections. While the duo mentioned American artist Frank Stella as an influence for the collection, Hernandez said, “It’s about control and release. Last season we were peeling away the layers, this season we were putting them back together again, sort of mending.” about the collection. The silhouettes were kind of triangular shape, narrow on top and A-line below the knees. The knit dresses were the hit pieces on the runway.
