Kate Moss’ First Ever Photo Shoot
Just discovered in a drawer!
The photographer Owen Scarbiena just recently found the photos from Kate Moss’ first ever professional photoshoot in one of his drawers, only after a friend reminded him of the shoot. We don’t quite get how you can forget that you shot one of the most iconic figures of the date, but still, this gave us the enjoyment of rare photos of young Moss in a white oversize shirt and sports bloomers. Shot in 1990, Owen says about this photoshoot; “"Kate didn't have any preconceived ideas of how a model should stand. She was just her, which I loved… It was very slightly awkward, but natural." and on Kate; "I didn't think she would make it because she didn't fit into that obvious beauty. She's not six feet tall. She had her own quirky gorgeousness, which isn't taken up by the masses," he reflected.
