Céline’s New Paris Headquarters
All in One
Céline has recently opened its headquarters in the historic hôtel particulier in Paris, just across the street from Bibliotheque Nationale de France. With this new headquarters, the fashion house has united all of its Parisian operations in a single place for the first time. The place has a long history; Jacques Tubeuf, a counsellor of King Louis XIII, built it in 1635 and then the place became a home to Cardinal Mazarin, the Paris Stock Exchange and several others.
The place reflects the minimal Céline aesthetic with grey walls and marble parquet floors as the interiors has been designed completely by Phoebe Philo, herself. On the other hand, the original wooden beams and the carved wooden walls are protected as historical heritage.
