Quinoa Tabbouleh Salad

The tasty and healthy (&quick) alternative for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

A cup of quinoa tabbouleh

2 lemons

Some dillweed

5-6 cucumbers

2 bunches of walnuts

Some mint

Himalaya salt

Olive oil

Boil the quinoa with 2 cups of water. Wait until the quinoa absorbs the water and set it aside. Chop the dillweed, cucumbers, walnuts and mint into small pieces. Grate a lemon and squeeze the water. Add the grates and the lemon juice onto the mixture. After placing the quinoa on the mixture add some salt and olive oil.

2 avuç ceviz

Bir tutam nane

Himalaya tuzu

Zeytinyağı

Kinoayı 2 bardak su ile haşlayın. Kinoa suyu çektikten sonra kenara alın ve beklemeye bırakın. Dereotunu, salatalıkları, cevizi ve naneyi ince ince kıyın. Bu sırada 1 limon kabuğunu rendeleyin. 2 limonun da suyunu sıkarak kıydığınız malzemelerin üzerine atın. Kinoayı da karışıma ekledikten sonra üzerine tuz ve zeytinyağını koyun.
