MAKING ART DANCE @ MANA CONTEMPORARY

“Backdrops and Costumes Celebrating 30 Years of the Armitage Foundation”

The exhibition titled “Making Art Dance” takes place at Mana Contemporary until the 31st of March, 2015.  Curated by Jeffrey Deitch, the exhibition features sets and costumes designed by visionaries such as Brice Marden, Jean Paul Gaultier, Jeff Koons, Christian Lacroix, David Salles and others for the Armitage Foundation. “Making Art Dance” also highlights the versatility and the originality that fueled Armitage’s perspective towards contemporary ballet. This exhibition might even prove to be better than dancing itself.
