Chanel Spring 2015 Couture
A tropical oasis by Karl
Just when you thought Karl could not do any better, the designer succeds to surprise us. For Chanel’s Spring 2015 Couture Show, Lagerfeld managd to create the most lavish of showspaces – a runway that is a masterpiece in itself. Creating a greenhouse filled with blooming tropical paper, the designer created with colorful and chic Chanel pieces which also focused on the blooming theme of the Show. The beanies were also officially back as each model strolling down the runway was complete only with the addition of floral beanies (or optionally gardening hats with tulles). Lagerfeld had once again managed to adapt couture in the modern World with various skirt lengths in classic Chanel suits and cropped jackets. Making the grand finale with an extraordinary Chanel bride walking down the runway, we can’t help but realize that spring is officially here thanks to Lagerfeld.
