As almost all Beyonce fans would know, two years ago, she and Jay Z shared their 22-day vegan diet challenge led by exercise physiologist Marco Borges. Now she has teamed up with Borges to introduce the same diet to the masses.  The idea behind “22 Days Nutrition” is that it takes 21 days to break any habit and on the 22nd day you are on the way to form new habits. The diet will use plant-based foods, delivering them to your doorstep. No more excuses to not eat healthy.
