Dries Van Noten Fall 15 RTW
Contrasts in deluxe bohemia
Dries Van Noten concluded the second day of Paris Fashion Week with an over-the-top fashion shows that did fail in surprising the audiences. The wildly eccentric collection was titled “Grounded Glamour” and played with textures, jewels, embroideries and feathers. The designer also took a diverse approach in pants – thus fusing them cape fabrics and superwide ends. This season, the Dries army (that actually exists) will also be wearing just the right amount of uniform with beige, brown and navies – just not in the way we know it. More comfortable than ever, these uniforms will be used with asymmetric plum jackets, ball skirts and extravagant flower necklaces. Get ready to embrace the perfect deluxe bohemia – the perfect contrast in itself. (and in your wardrobe).
