Serpentine Gallery Unveils Its 2015 Pavilion
Produced by SelgasCano
The world-renowned pavilion series from Serpentine Gallery has reached its 15th anniversary. This year’s pavilion was designed by the Spanish architects SelgasCano in the form of a polygonal structure consisting of multicolored fluorine based polymer. Visitor are invited to enter the pavilion from many different points with secret corridors connecting the inner and outer layer of the scheme – all in reference to the famous London underground. The work incorporates the public to experience architecture utilizing simple elements such as structure, light, transparency, materials and color. The new pavilion will open to public tomorrow and will be open to visitors until the 18th of October so be sure to stop by if you happen to be in London to get a quick lesson on architecture.
