Burberry's Festive Campaign

Tribute to 15 years of Billy Elliot

Burberry has revealed details of its festive ad campaign.The British heritage brand has just released its holiday campaign and it stars a host of homegrown celebrities, from former faces Romeo Beckham and Naomi Campbell to new ones like Elton John, Michelle Dockery and James Corden (who was present at Burberry’s London in Los Angeles event earlier this year). In photos shot by Mario Testino accompany the three-minute film, there are plenty of trench coats, glitter and nut-cracker style uniforms ahead.  Burberry’s Chief Executive Officer Christopher Bailey says about the campaign, “Billy Elliot is an incredible film full of so much joy and energy, so it was a real thrill and a great honor to be able to celebrate its 15 year anniversary through our Festive campaign. It was also a huge privilege to work with such amazing and iconic British talent, the cast are quite simply some of the biggest names in film, music and fashion and it was so much fun working with them all to make this special film.” The campaign's release is held in celebration of Burberry's annual collection of festive gifts, which will be available in store and on Burberry.com on Monday.
