Prada Olfactories and Collage Campaign
Fragrance-Perfect Collages
Prada’s 10 new exclusive scents that make up the luxury Prada Olfactories collection, are debuting at the labels’s Broadway Epicenter space in New York City’s SoHo, for a limited time only. Developed by perfumer Daniela Andrier (also responsible to Prada’s Candy) the perfumes come in their own specially designed graphic print pouches and are described as “chemical poems” by Andrier, who also claims Miuccia Prada should take most of the creative credit: “[She] comes up with the vision; I simply translate it to scent. I have the right alphabet to express her vision”, said Andrier at the official press view. The Olfactories series is very much based around temporal flux; each perfume designed with the distinct intention of triggering the subconscious mind, of "provoking the surreal, cinematic experience of a partially remembered dream." "The perfumes first went on sale at Galleries Lafayette in New York and Milan at the end of September, before an international launch in November. The Prada Olfactories fragrances are currently available at select Prada boutiques, $300 each.
