Restaurant de l’Hôtel de Ville is a three Michelin starred restaurant near Lausanne in Switzerland. One of the most famous restaurants in the world, under the aegis of Benoît Violier, the successor to Philippe Rochat and Frédy Girardet. In 1990, the latter was named Chef of the Century. The restaurant serves unique dishes that vary according to the season.

Ultraviolet by Paul Pairet is a single-table restaurant in Shanghai, opened in May 2012 by French chef Paul Pairet and the VOL Group. In 2015, Ultraviolet has been ranked No. 3 in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants, and No. 24 in The World's 50 Best Restaurants. It is also the first restaurant from China entering Les Grandes Tables du Monde starting from October 2014.
El Celler de Can Roca – Girona, Spain
El Celler de Can Roca is a restaurant in Girona, Catalonia, Spain which was opened in 1986 by the Roca brothers, Joan, Josep and Jordi. It has been received warmly by critics, and holds three Michelin stars. In 2013, it was named the best restaurant in the world by the magazine Restaurant, after having been ranked second in 2011 and 2012. In 2014, it was named second best restaurant in the world. In 2015, it was once again named the best restaurant in the world by the magazine Restaurant.
The Ledbury – London, Britain
The Ledbury is a restaurant located on Ledbury Road, Notting Hill, London, England. It holds two Michelin stars, and has been featured in S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants. The head chef is Brett Graham, and has been received favorably by critics.
